金砖国家合作的兴起与发展是国际格局演变的重要体现,作为世界范围内最具代表性的新兴经济体,五国致力于推动国际政治经济体系的建设性变革,是全球治理的重要参与者和可持续发展的重要贡献者,在国际舞台上代表着新兴经济体和发展中国家的利益。作为2022年金砖国家轮值主席国,中国将第三次主办金砖国家领导人会晤及系列活动,为推动金砖国家伙伴关系建设作出新的贡献。
作为金砖国家网络大学水资源与污染治理研究学科领域的中方牵头单位,华北水利水电大学的水资源与污染治理研究在国内外具有重要影响力。为助力水资源与污染治理研究的长足发展,华北水利水电大学特举办“以水为脉·水资源节约集约利用和绿色发展”国际研讨会,本次国际研讨会同时也是2022年金砖国家网络大学年会水资源与污染治理分论坛。
本次会议特邀请来自金砖国家知名大学及相关研究机构的学者专家参会,交流研讨水资源节约集约利用和绿色发展等重要议题,协力推进水资源开发利用与污染治理。
As the most representative emerging economies in the world, the BRICS countries are committed to promoting constructive reform in the international political and economic system, participating in global governance and contributing to sustainable development, and representing the interests of emerging markets and developing countries in the international society. As the rotating presidency of BRICS cooperation in 2022, China will host BRICS Summit and a series of activities for the third time, making new contributions to strengthening BRICS partnership.
As a leading institute of BRICS Network University on water resources and pollution treatment, North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power enjoys reputation for its achievements at home and abroad. In order to promote the rapid development of studies on water resources and pollution treatment, North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power plans to hold an International Symposium on “ Water as the Vein: Economical and Intensive Utilization of Water Resources and Green Development”, which is also a sub-forum of the 2022 BRICS Network University Annual Conference, during which it will also hold the opening and closing ceremonies of BRICS Network University Annual Conference.
This conference will invite scholars and experts from well-known universities and related research institutions in BRICS countries, to discuss important issues such as economical and intensive utilization of water resources and green development, and work together to promote the disciplinary construction of the water resources and pollution treatment.
