个人简介：
Dr. Muhammad Usman Shehzad is a postdoctoral researcher in Management Science and Engineering whose work sits at the intersection of strategic management, entrepreneurship, innovation management, and knowledge management, with a particular emphasis on green innovation and organizational sustainability. He earned his PhD from Zhengzhou University, China, and currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at the School of Management and Economics, North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power.
His research has been published in highly ranked, ABS-listed and SSCI/SCI Q1-indexed journals such as Business Strategy and the Environment, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Intellectual Capital, European Journal of Innovation Management, and the Business Process Management Journal etc. This body of work has attracted more than 2200 citations, with an h-index of 21 and an i10-index of 22, reflecting both the reach and the sustained relevance of his contributions to the field.
Alongside his research, Dr. Usman contributes to the academic community through editorial roles, serving as an Associate Editor of the Journal of the Knowledge Economy and also former editorial review board Member of the Journal of Innovation and Knowledge. He has also served as a peer reviewer for a broad range of internationally recognized top tier journals, supporting the quality and rigor of scholarship across management, innovation, and sustainability research.
