个人简介

Dr. Shan-e-Hyder Soomro is an innovative hydrological engineer and interdisciplinary researcher specializing in AI-driven hydrological modeling, climate resilience, and sustainable water governance. He has published more than 67 SCI-indexed papers in internationally recognized journals, with 1044 Google Scholar citations, an h-index of 18, and an i10-index of 31, demonstrating strong international academic impact and research excellence. His research integrates machine learning, remote sensing, GIS, and social media analytics to develop novel frameworks for real-time flood forecasting, drought early warning, eco-hydrological assessment, and climate adaptation. His work provides scientific support for resilient water-resource management and evidence-based environmental decision-making under changing climate conditions.
