个人简介Personal Profile

Dr. Muhammad Salman Latif is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the School of Economics and Management, North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power, Zhengzhou, China. He received his PhD in Management Sciences and Engineering from Dalian University of Technology in 2025 and previously earned an MBA from Northeastern University, China, where he graduated as a top-ranking student.


His research focuses on information management, human–AI interaction, online health communities, and value co-creation in digital healthcare ecosystems. His recent work examines how AI-enabled systems, intelligent chatbots, and online community mechanisms reshape social support, engagement, and care practices in digital health contexts.


Dr. Latif has published multiple papers in internationally recognized SSCI/SCI journals, including ABS 3* and ABDC A-ranked journals such as Internet Research and Information Technology & People, as well as other leading journals, including Behaviour & Information Technology and Aslib Journal of Information Management. He also serves as a reviewer for leading SSCI journals, including Internet Research, Journal of Service Research, and Information Technology & People.

Dr. Latif has received several academic honors, including the Academic Star Award from Dalian University of Technology, First Prize at the 2nd DUT Chinese and Foreign Postgraduate Academic Forum, and the Best Paper Presentation Award at the Global Conference on Business Management and Social Sciences, Dubai, UAE. He is also a recipient of the Chinese Government Scholarship for fully funded MBA and PhD studies.


In addition, he has participated in multiple national and provincial research projects and has actively contributed to international academic conferences as a keynote speaker and session chair.
