I. Individual Application

1. View post-doctoral recruitment information on the website of North   China University of Water Resources and Electric Power(NCWU);

2.   Contact co-supervisor   based on research directions;

3. Download the “Post-doctoral   Registration Form of   North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power” online;

4. Prepare Resume and personal   achievement materials and submit the application to the post-doctoral workstation of NCWU.

1. The Post-doctoral Registration Form   of NCWU;

2. Resume;

3. ID card, Certificate of Doctor’s Degree;

4. Relevant scientific works or achievements that   can prove your personal   scientific research abilities.

II. Comprehensive   Assessment

1. The co-supervisor   conducts a comprehensive evaluation   of the applicant's ideological character and academic level, and fills in the   assessment opinions;

2. After the co-supervisor agrees, the applicant develops a post-doctoral research plan;

3. The post-doctoral workstation interviews the applicants for ideological and political   performance, academic level, etc., and fills in the interview assessment form   and Personal Information Summary   Form;

4.   The post-doctoral workstation makes a comprehensive evaluation based on   the co-supervisor's assessment and interview assessment, and fills   in the academic department's Assessment Opinion Form.

1.Assessment Form of the applicant's academic level and ideological   character by the co-supervisor;

2.The   post-doctoral Research Plan;

3.The   post-doctoral Interview Assessment Form;

4. Personal   Information Summary Form;

5.Assessment   Opinion Form of the Academic Department of the post-doctoral workstation of NCWU.

III. Submission

After the   comprehensive assessment is completed, and the Academic Department, the workstation, and co-supervisor agree, submit the hard-copy materials to the personnel   department for review ( one   hard-copy in sequential order ).

1. Post-doctoral Application Form (Need to be exported from the China Postdoc online   office system);

2. Academic Department's Assessment Opinion Form of the the post-doctoral workstation ;

3. Photocopy of ID card;

4. Photocopies of Certificate of Doctor’s Degree;

5. The post-doctoral Entry Review Form;

6. Recommendation Letters from experts (one each from doctoral supervisor and postdoctoral supervisor);

7. Assessment form   of the applicant's academic level and ideological character by the co-supervisor;

8.The post-doctoral Research Plan;

9. The post-doctoral Interview Assessment Form;

10. Personal Information Summary Form of NCWU

11. Resume;

12. Physical Examination Form;

13. Other   materials that can prove your scientific research level;

14. The post-doctoral Entry   Registration Form of NCWU.

IV. Online Application

Applicants who have passed the personnel department review and   approved by the university post-management office agree to recruit, fill in   online on the China Postdoc online office system, upload scanned copies of   related materials as prompted by the system, and submit for review.

V. Online Approval

Approval order: the workstation, university,   provincial human resources   and social affairs department.

VI. Entry Certificate

After   approval, print out the post-doctoral researcher's entry record certificate   online.
