Dr.  Idrees is a cross‑disciplinary researcher with a PhD in Management Sciences and Engineering,  specializing in green entrepreneurship, innovation, and knowledge management. Recognized as an Outstanding Researcher at Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, Dr. Idrees has published in lea-ding journals including JKM, BPMJ, JIK, EJIM, and JBIM, with over 500 citations. Research proje-cts spans knowledge management, new product development, green innovation and innovation perf-ormance. Dr. Idrees is committed to advancing global cooperation and cross-cultural communicatio-n in the area of technological advancement.
