孙垦(1982—),男,河南邓州人,博士(后),副教授,硕士生导师,河南省青年骨干教师。

研究领域:
[1]水资源、水经济与水环境:以水资源节约、生态环境保护优先为前提,研究水处理、水资源开发利用与生态环境保护协调发展,实现水资源的经济价值、生态价值。
[2]能源、环境与健康:以双碳为背景,研究能源消费及转型对环境和健康的影响。重点关注能源消费及转型过程中多维区域异质性的环境、健康影响等,探索兼顾效率和公平的内在机理和有效政策。
