个人简介Personal Profile:
Dr. Ali is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the School of Management and Economics, North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power, China, under the supervision of Professor Li Gang. His postdoctoral research focuses on organizational sustainability, AI-driven knowledge management, and service innovation. He received his Ph.D. in Management Sciences and Engineering from China Three Gorges University. His academic expertise includes sustainable development, displacement and resettlement studies, environmental management and organizational innovation. He has extensive experience in interdisciplinary and field-based research, and applies advanced analytical approaches, including Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), System Dynamics, Game Theory and mixed-method research. Dr. Ali has published more than 27 peer-reviewed papers in international journals and was awarded a research grant from the Research Center for Reservoir Resettlement-The Key Research Base of Humanities and Social Sciences in Hubei Province, China (Grant No. 2017ZT01).

Dr. Ali has conducted extensive research on development-induced displacement, sustainable livelih-ood recovery, stakeholder governance, and environmental sustainability. His work on the Ghazi Bar-otha Hydropower Project in Pakistan provides empirical evidence on the long-term effects of displa-cement and the importance of institutional governance, resettlement strategies, and benefit-sharing mechanisms in improving livelihood outcomes for affected communities. In addition, he has contri-buted to studies related to carbon reduction initiatives, ecological value accounting, water governan-ce, and innovation management in emerging industries.His research combines quantitative and syst-ems-based approaches to support evidence-based policy development and sustainable organizational and social transformation.

Dr. Sher Ali has actively participated in international academic conferences and collaborative resea-rch activities in China and Pakistan. He possesses strong capabilities in field investigation, stakehol-der coordination, academic writing and policy analysis. He is proficient in SPSS, AMOS,SmartPLS, and other analytical tools, and is fluent in English, Urdu, and Pashto. His research aims to promote sustainable development, social equity, and practical policy solutions through interdisciplinary and internationally collaborative research.
