20046月毕业于河南大学计算机与信息工程学院,获自动化专业学士学位;20086月毕业于太原理工大学信息工程学院,获得检测技术与自动化装置硕士学位;20126月毕业于重庆大学电气工程学院,获得电气工程博士学位。现就职于国网郑州供电公司,从事电网规划研究。
