President Liu emphasized that NCWU is currently actively advancing its initiative to build a "world-class" university, with international cooperation being a key component. Professor Aleksandr's visit provides a new opportunity for the two institutions to expand their international collaboration. He expressed his belief that through in-depth discussions, the two sides could reach more consensus on scientific research collaboration and professional education, engage in pragmatic cooperation, and jointly promote in-depth collaboration among countries along the Belt and Road in the realms of science, technology, education, and cultural exchange.
Professor Aleksandr expressed his gratitude to NCWU for the warm hospitality and shared insights into SPbGASU's experience and achievements in scientific research innovation and international collaboration. He expressed his anticipation of advancing deeper cooperation with NCWU as soon as possible in areas such as scientific research, faculty and student exchanges, and talent cultivation, leveraging the strengths of both sides to establish a stable and efficient partnership.
