On 15th April, 2014, the Foreign Affairs Office of NCWU attended the Annual Conference of Introducing Foreign Intellectual Project held by Henan Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs and won 2013 Henan Provincial Advanced Unit of Introducing Foreign Intelligence Work attributed to its achievements in bringing in high level foreign experts and international cooperation projects.
