Signed a cooperation agreement with the Provincial Government Board of Education of Santa Cruz, Argentina

On September 11th, Liu WenKai, the President of North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power, signed a cooperation agreement with the Education Committee of the Provincial Government of Santa Cruz, Argentina at the Argentine embassy in China. Getigo, Argentine Ambassador; Sator, the head of the cultural department of the Argentine Embassy in China; and Han Fule, the director of international office of North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power(NCWU); etc. witnessed the signing of the two sides.

Getigo welcomed Liu WenKai and his delegation to visit the Argentine Embassy in China and briefed them on the development of higher education, the current situation of the construction of water conservancy facilities, the construction of environmental protection projects and the coordinated development of the region in Argentina. He hopes that our university and relevant scientific research institutions and enterprises will participate in the cultural exchange and economic construction of Argentina.

Liu WenKai was pleased to have signed a cooperation agreement with the Education Committee of the Government of Santa Cruz, Argentina, the first cooperation between NCWU and Educational Institution of Argentine. According to the agreement, NCWU will earnestly cooperate with Argentina to carry out relevant cooperation as soon as possible. Liu WenKai introduced to Getiego the discipline setting, teacher staffing and so on, focusing on our school in South America in the inter-school cooperation, school-enterprise cooperation, graduate employment, "Chinese +" project promotion, etc., and looking forward to giving full play to the advantages of our school, with universities and enterprises to carry out in-depth cooperation of Argwntina. Subsequently, the two sides exchanged views on the implementation of personnel exchanges, scientific research cooperation and other specific issues.
