According to the latest conference, China Scholarship Council will put forward new policies and measures in 2014. The number of studying-abroad scholarship candidates in 2014 is rapidly increasing and the selecting range is continuously extending. Thanks to the new policy, the students in North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power could directly apply for the undergraduate, postgraduate or doctoral programs financed by the CSC. The program financial support covers international airplane tickets and overseas tuition fees as well as living expenses. Meanwhile, the teaching staff of NCWU could apply for senior researcher programs and visiting scholar programs (including post-doctoral programs) as well as Henan provincial programs.

The applicants should submit foreign language certification and offers issued by international universities or research institutes.
