The president in Polytech Nice-Sophia, the chairman of International Affairs in French Polytech Group and also the guest professor in NCWU, Gourbesville Philippe and his colleague,Assistant Professor Olivier Delestre in Polytech Nice-Sophia, had recently come to NCWU for a formal school visit.

   In the morning, President Gourbesville Philippe was accompanied by Xie Wei, Vice President in NCWU and Han Fule, Executive Director in NCWU Foreign Affairs Office to Yellow River Conservancy Commission of the Ministry of Water Resources and he delivered a remarkable report titled as “River Basin Intelligent Management” there.

   In the afternoon, school leaders in NCWU held a welcoming and official meeting with President Gourbesville Philippe and Professor Olivier Delestre to discuss the related student exchange programs and academic exchange programs with the NCWU and Polytech Nice-Sophia. They had reached an agreement toward the Postgraduate Student Exchange Program. Furthermore, School of Water Resources Engineering had invited Professor Olivier Delestre to be employed as a part-time professor in the school.
