On December 22nd , Mr. Cheng Han, Vicedirector of Office of International and Mainland Affairs from Vanung University, Taiwan Province visited
NCWU. Relevant departments met with him and talked about the cooperative potentials between the two universities. Both parties believed there
would be great opportunities to cooperate in the fields of students& teachers exchanges and scientific research.
