On October 18th, NCWU held a signing ceremony of cooperation in running school with Ural Federal University of Russia in Beijing.

NCWU leaders, the party committee chief, Wang Qingyi, the vice president, Wang Tianze, the manager of party committee office, 

Ding Lijie, the party committee secretary of School of the International EducationRong Sihai,were together with the president and the 

vice-president of Russia Ural Federal University, Victor Koksharov and Marsim Khomiakov attended the signing ceremony.

The Party Committee Chief Wang Qingyi delivered a warm speech to welcome the coming of the president ,Victor Koksharov, in the 

Ural Federal University of Russia. He then introduced the current development of NCWU and expressed good willingness to cooperate 

with the Russia Ural Federal University. The Chinese government “One Road, One Belt ” strategy is to provide a cherish opportunity for 

cooperation and development of our university and the Ural Federal University in Russia.

 The two parties signed a cooperation framework agreement, which means that our university will conduct indepth cooperation with 

the Ural Federal University in Russia in the undergraduate level personnel training and expand cooperation in new field.
