From June 13th to June the 15th, staff from the International Office and the School of Arts& Design went to Henan University to 

attend the Commencement Ceremony for 2016 Sino-US 1+2+1 Program graducates.

Assistant Professor Han Fule,Director of NCWU's International Office and  Director of International Office of California State University

 (San Bernardino) jointly granted an NCWU student diplomas of both universities.

NCWU is one of the earliest members of the Sino-US 1+2+1 Program and has built up cooperative relationship with 10 US 

universities based on the program. Over the years, over 20 NCWU students have participated in the program and graduated 

with two diplomas.
