Recently, NCWU was designated as referrer for 2016 SinoRussia Government Scholarship by China Scholarship Council. In the year of 2016, NCWU 

will select and send a group of students and academicians to study and conduct research in Russian universities and scientific institutions. All their 

tuition in Russia will be covered by the scholarship provided by Russian government and the China Scholarship Council will subsidize their living 

and travelling expenses. This scholarship program will mainly target the majors of Russian Literature and Russia Research.
