Mr. Victor Koksharov, President of Ural Federal University of Russia, visited NCWU on February 29th to strengthen the friendly partnership between
the two universities. Vicepresident of NCWU, Wang Tianze,met with President Koksharov on Longzihu Campus. During their meeting, the two
presidents reviewed current cooperative programs and discussed the prospect of further cooperation in the field of jointeducation, scientific research
and BRICS countries university league. In the meeting, the two universities signed a memo on cooperation.
