On May 17^th, Mr. Matthias, the President of the Salta City Council came visited NCWU with some other delegates. Vice Chanceller Liu Xuemei and staff from International Office and the School of International Education etc. met with the delegation on Longzihu Campus.

Liu Xuemei welcomed Mr. Matthias and his delegation, and briefly introduced the history of NCWU. In their talk, both sides showed strong interest in academic cooperation and students exchange programs. They hope to sign an agreement next time.
