On March 22^nd, 2018, guests leaded by Ms. Silvia Bessler, representative of University of Cadiz, Spain and founder of Edueurope program, visited NCWU. Representatives from International Office, School of Water Conservancy, School of Foreign Studies and School of International Education met with the guests in Longzihu campus.

Representatives of NCWU introduced the related programs and also shared with the guests relevant policies in Henan province in minor language teaching guided by “The Belt and Road” Initiative. In the meeting, both sides showed strong interest in further promising cooperation, including Confucius Institute, academic exchanges and enrollment of foreign students.
