Recently, nine students from Ural Institute of NCWU were selected by CSC to the professional program in Russia in 2019. They will go to the Ural Federal University for 18-36 months of exchange study, during which they will enjoy the scholarship provided by CSC and a free round-trip international travel expenses.

Wang Zhe, Deputy Director of CSC, and Guan Yuping, Deputy Director of International Office of Education Department of Henan Province were invited by International Office of NCWU to make a keynote speech, explaining the latest national policies for studying abroad, selection principles and selection management methods for teachers and students.
