On November 1st, NCWU held a signing ceremony for the implementation agreement of Confucius Institute with University College of Technology Sarawak(UCTS) in Zhengzhou. Professor Liu Wenkai, president of NCWU, and Khairuddin, president of UCTS jointly signed the agreement. HuoJinHua, vice governor of People's Government of Henan Province, Ma Jianfei, the party committee chief of Confucius Institute Headquarters, Yin hongbin, deputy secretary-general of People's Government of Henan Province, Zheng bangshan, director of the Education Department of Henan Province, Li zhen, deputy director of the Office of Foreign Affairs of Henan Provincial Committee, Wang Qingyi,  the party committee chief of NCWU and Huang Shunge, chairman of the board of UCTS attended the signing ceremony.

Since the signing of the memorandum of cooperation between NCWU and UCTS in November 2017, the cooperation between the two sides has developed rapidly in depth. In the future, the two sides will also deepen cooperation in personnel training, academic exchanges on the basis of jointly building the Confucius Institute.
