Arrival Tips for NCWU’s New International Students

According to our university’s arrangement, you are expected to arrive at our university during26th—30thAug., 2018. Please get ready and let us know your flight number and arriving timein Zhengzhou where our campus is locatedso that we can pick you up.
How to get to North China University of Water Resources andElectric Power (NCWU) located inZhengzhou City ?
We suggest that all new international students take flight toZhengzhou Cityas it is easier for you to transit from your flight to China’s domestic flights.
If you fly into the following cities of China, the following routescan be your best choice to reach our Zhengzhou city:
(1) BeijingàZhengzhou(about 1 hour);
(2) ShanghaiàZhengzhou(about 1.5 hours);
(3) GuangzhouàZhengzhou(about 2 hours);
(4) UrumchiàZhengzhou (about 4 hours).

Notice:
(1) Please send your accurate flightinformation tosie@ncwu.edu.cnat least72hours before your departure from your homecountry so that we will arrange someone to pick you up at the airport. Otherwise,you have to take taxi ( about RMB 100) to NCWU by yourself.Once we have your arrival information, we’ll arrange someone to pick you up with contact details, such as mobile No. Wechat, etc.
(2) We do NOT suggest you to take trains toreach our city Zhengzhou, as it is much more INconvenient for you as a foreignerand the transportation cost is higher as well.
